Shipping Policy
Last Updated: September 2026
FAST provides international shipping support for nonwoven materials, medical-related materials, disposable medical products, and customized OEM/ODM orders.
Because shipping requirements vary depending on product type, order quantity, destination, packaging, and agreed trade terms, shipping arrangements are confirmed individually for each order.
1. Shipping Destinations
FAST serves customers in international markets and can arrange or coordinate shipments to many countries and regions worldwide.
Our products have been supplied to customers in markets including the United States, Mexico, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Chile, and other international markets.
Shipping availability, method, cost, and delivery time depend on the destination and specific order requirements.
2. Production Lead Time
Production lead times vary depending on product type, quantity, specifications, customization requirements, packaging, and current production schedules.
For customized and OEM/ODM orders, the estimated production lead time will be provided during quotation or order confirmation.
Production generally begins after the required specifications, commercial terms, and applicable payment arrangements have been confirmed.
Any estimated production schedule provided before final order confirmation is for reference only.
3. Shipping Methods
Depending on the destination, order volume, urgency, and product characteristics, available shipping methods may include:
- Sea freight
- Air freight
- International courier or express delivery
- Other freight arrangements agreed with the customer
Sea freight is generally suitable for larger commercial orders, while air freight or express delivery may be used for samples, smaller shipments, or urgent requirements.
The final shipping method will be confirmed with the customer before shipment.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not automatically included unless expressly stated in our quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract, or other written agreement.
Freight charges may depend on:
- Shipment weight and volume
- Number and type of packages
- Shipping method
- Destination
- Port or delivery location
- Fuel and carrier surcharges
- Customs and documentation requirements
- Insurance, where applicable
- Other logistics-related charges
FAST will provide or confirm applicable freight arrangements based on the agreed commercial terms.
5. Incoterms®
International orders may be quoted using mutually agreed Incoterms® rules, such as EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, or other applicable terms where available and appropriate.
The specific Incoterms® rule, named place or port, and applicable version should be stated in the quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract, or other order documentation.
Responsibilities for freight, insurance, customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and risk transfer will be determined according to the agreed terms for each transaction.
6. Estimated Transit Time
Transit times vary depending on shipping method, destination, carrier schedules, customs clearance, port conditions, and other logistics factors.
Any transit or delivery date provided by FAST is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement.
International shipments may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- Customs inspections
- Port congestion
- Carrier schedule changes
- Severe weather
- Public holidays
- Transportation disruptions
- Governmental restrictions
- Other unforeseen logistics events
FAST will make reasonable efforts to provide shipment information and assist with logistics coordination where applicable.
7. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Import duties, customs charges, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges are determined according to the applicable laws and agreed shipping terms.
Unless FAST has expressly agreed to be responsible for such charges under the applicable transaction terms, the customer is responsible for applicable import clearance, duties, taxes, and related destination charges.
Customers are responsible for confirming any import requirements applicable to their country or market before placing an order.
8. Shipping Documentation
Depending on the order and destination, FAST may provide applicable commercial and shipping documentation, such as:
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Bill of lading or air waybill
- Certificate of origin, where agreed and applicable
- Product-related documentation where agreed and available
- Other shipping documents required under the confirmed transaction terms
Any special documentation requirements should be communicated and confirmed before production or shipment.
9. Customer Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including the consignee name, company name, delivery address, contact details, destination port where applicable, and any other information required for transportation or customs clearance.
Additional costs or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer may be the customer's responsibility.
10. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect the shipment and external packaging upon receipt.
If there is visible damage, missing packages, or other apparent transportation-related issues, customers should document the condition with photos or videos and, where appropriate, note the issue on the carrier's delivery documentation.
Please contact FAST promptly and provide:
- Order or invoice number
- Photos or videos of the shipment
- Description of the damage or shortage
- Quantity affected
- Shipping or delivery documentation where available
We will assist in reviewing the issue and coordinating with the carrier or logistics provider where applicable.
11. Risk of Loss
Responsibility and risk for goods during transportation will be determined according to the Incoterms® rule or other delivery terms agreed for the applicable order.
The fact that FAST assists with arranging transportation does not necessarily mean that FAST assumes transportation risk where the agreed trade terms provide otherwise.
12. Delayed Shipments
If a shipment is delayed, FAST will make reasonable efforts to obtain updated information from the relevant carrier or logistics provider and communicate significant developments to the customer.
FAST is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, subject to applicable law and any separately agreed contractual terms.
13. Samples
Samples may be shipped by international courier, air freight, or another suitable method.
Sample charges and shipping costs, if applicable, will be confirmed before shipment.
Customers should inform FAST in advance if they have a preferred courier account or specific sample-delivery requirements.
14. Large and Customized Orders
Large-volume, customized, and OEM/ODM orders may require specific packaging, palletization, container loading, labeling, or shipping arrangements.
These requirements should be confirmed before production whenever possible.
Additional costs associated with special packaging, documentation, inspection, transportation, or customer-specific logistics requirements may be included in the applicable quotation.
15. Changes to Shipping Arrangements
If the customer requests changes to the shipping method, destination, consignee, documentation, or other logistics requirements after an order has been confirmed, additional costs or delays may occur.
FAST will review requested changes and advise whether they can be accommodated.
