Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your business interactions with FAST through this website.

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry or request for quotation, or otherwise using our website and services, you agree to these Terms. Additional terms stated in quotations, proforma invoices, sales contracts, purchase orders accepted by FAST, or other written agreements may also apply to individual transactions.

Where a separately executed written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the terms of that agreement will govern to the extent of the conflict.

1. About FAST

FAST is a manufacturer and supplier of nonwoven materials, related components, and disposable medical products, providing standard and customized manufacturing solutions for international B2B customers.

Our services may include product supply, OEM and ODM manufacturing, material customization, sampling, converting, packaging, and other manufacturing-related services.

2. B2B Use of This Website

This website is primarily intended for businesses, distributors, manufacturers, healthcare product suppliers, importers, procurement professionals, and other commercial customers.

Information presented on this website is intended to provide a general overview of our products and manufacturing capabilities and does not, by itself, constitute a binding offer or contract.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, and technical information.

However, product information displayed on the website is for general reference unless specifically confirmed in writing for an individual order.

Product specifications may vary depending on material structure, basis weight, width, color, treatment, lamination, converting requirements, packaging, and other customer-specific requirements.

Final specifications are subject to the mutually confirmed quotation, specification sheet, sample, proforma invoice, sales contract, or other written order documentation.

4. Requests for Quotation

Submitting a Request a Quote form or contacting FAST does not create a purchase contract or obligate either party to complete a transaction.

Quotations may be based on factors including:

  • Product specifications
  • Material requirements
  • Order quantity
  • Customization requirements
  • Packaging
  • Destination
  • Shipping terms
  • Production requirements
  • Raw material costs
  • Exchange rates and other commercial conditions

Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotations are subject to confirmation before an order is accepted.

5. Samples

Samples may be provided where appropriate to assist customers in evaluating materials or products.

Sample characteristics may not always be identical to subsequent mass production unless the sample and corresponding specifications have been formally approved as the production standard.

Customers are responsible for conducting any testing, validation, or suitability assessment necessary for their intended application before placing a production order.

Sample fees and shipping costs, where applicable, will be communicated before shipment.

6. Customized and OEM/ODM Orders

Many FAST products may be manufactured according to customer requirements, including:

  • Material structure
  • Basis weight
  • Width and roll dimensions
  • Color
  • Lamination or composite structure
  • Converting requirements
  • Packaging
  • Labeling
  • Other technical specifications

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all specifications before production.

Once production of a customized or made-to-order product has started, changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds may not be possible except where otherwise agreed in writing or where a verified quality issue is attributable to FAST.

7. Orders and Order Confirmation

An order becomes binding only after the relevant commercial and technical terms have been accepted in accordance with the parties' agreed ordering process.

Depending on the transaction, order confirmation may include a quotation, proforma invoice, specification confirmation, purchase order acceptance, sales contract, deposit payment, or other written confirmation.

FAST reserves the right to decline an inquiry or order before final acceptance.

8. Pricing

Prices may vary according to specifications, quantity, raw material costs, customization, packaging, shipping terms, destination, and other commercial requirements.

Prices displayed on the website, if any, should not be considered final B2B quotations unless expressly stated otherwise.

The applicable price and currency will be specified in the relevant quotation, proforma invoice, or sales contract.

9. Payment

Payment terms and methods will be specified in the applicable quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract, or other transaction document.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that payments are made according to the agreed schedule and payment instructions.

Production or shipment may be delayed if required payments are not received on time.

Any bank charges, intermediary bank fees, or other transaction costs will be allocated according to the terms agreed for the relevant transaction.

10. Production and Lead Times

Production and delivery estimates are provided based on information available when an order is confirmed.

Lead times may vary depending on product specifications, quantity, raw material availability, customization, production scheduling, holidays, logistics, and other circumstances.

Unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement, production and delivery dates are estimates rather than absolute guarantees.

FAST will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to the expected schedule.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, costs, responsibilities, and applicable trade terms will be confirmed for each transaction.

Where Incoterms® are used, the applicable Incoterms® rule, named place, and version should be stated in the relevant quotation, proforma invoice, or sales contract.

Risk of loss, transportation responsibilities, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and insurance responsibilities will be determined according to the agreed shipping terms.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and import information.

12. Inspection and Quality Claims

Customers should inspect products within a reasonable period after receipt.

If a customer believes that products do not conform to the mutually confirmed specifications, the customer should contact FAST promptly and provide relevant information, which may include:

  • Order or invoice number
  • Product and batch information
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos
  • Quantity affected
  • Inspection or testing information where applicable

FAST may request samples or additional information reasonably necessary to investigate a quality claim.

Where a manufacturing defect or nonconformity attributable to FAST is verified, the appropriate remedy may include replacement, replenishment, credit, partial refund, or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable agreement.

13. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and any additional terms agreed for the applicable order.

Customized, made-to-order, processed, converted, or customer-specific products are generally not eligible for return for reasons unrelated to product quality after production has started.

14. Product Suitability

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product or material is suitable for their intended use, manufacturing process, market, and regulatory requirements unless FAST has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Technical information, samples, recommendations, or assistance provided by FAST should not replace testing, validation, regulatory assessment, or professional evaluation required for the customer's specific application.

15. Certifications, Test Reports and Compliance Information

Certifications, laboratory reports, technical documents, and compliance information displayed or referenced on this website apply only to the products, materials, samples, manufacturing systems, entities, or testing conditions identified in the relevant documents.

Such information should not be interpreted as applying automatically to every FAST product or every customer application.

Customers should confirm applicable documentation with FAST when certification, testing, or regulatory requirements are material to their purchase.

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content including text, graphics, photographs, product information, layouts, branding, and other materials is owned by or licensed to FAST and may not be reproduced or commercially used without authorization.

For OEM and ODM projects, ownership and permitted use of customer-provided trademarks, artwork, designs, packaging, specifications, and other intellectual property will be governed by the applicable agreement.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that materials, trademarks, designs, or instructions they provide to FAST do not unlawfully infringe third-party rights.

17. Confidential Information

During quotation, sampling, development, or production, either party may provide technical, commercial, or other confidential information.

Where confidentiality is required, the parties may enter into a separate non-disclosure agreement or include confidentiality provisions in the applicable commercial agreement.

18. Website Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website from time to time.

We do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or error.

19. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify and other technology, analytics, communications, logistics, or payment providers.

FAST is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or independent actions of third-party websites or services except to the extent required by applicable law.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FAST will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or a commercial transaction, including loss of profits, business opportunities, production, or data, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Any transaction-specific liability limitations agreed in a quotation, sales contract, or other written agreement will apply to that transaction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

21. Force Majeure

FAST will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, epidemic or public health emergencies, war, governmental actions, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, port congestion, power failures, raw material shortages, or other comparable events.

Where reasonably possible, FAST will communicate significant impacts on an affected order.

22. Privacy

Personal information collected through this website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

By submitting information through our website, you acknowledge that such information may be processed as described in that policy.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our website, business practices, or legal requirements.

The version published on this page with the most recent “Last Updated” date will apply to use of the website from that date, subject to any separately agreed transaction terms.

24. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute-resolution mechanism applicable to individual commercial transactions may be specified in the relevant sales contract, proforma invoice, purchase agreement, or other written agreement between the parties.

Where no transaction-specific agreement applies, applicable rights and obligations will be determined according to applicable law.
